Workflow Automation: Zoho Books streamlines your operations by removing manual accounting procedures. The workflow automation features in Zoho Books allow you to automatically send out invoices and payment reminders to clients who have outstanding balances. Automatic reminders and notifications will ensure that you never miss a payment again.

Invoicing: The ease with which sale orders and estimates may be transformed into invoices is a major selling point for Zoho Books. Invoices can be made with just a few clicks, followed by any necessary dragging and dropping. The software remembers all of your previous entries, making it a breeze to make identical invoices in the future.

Operating System (OS): Zoho Books' dashboard is less cluttered than some others, yet it still provides useful data. Income and expenditures, accounts receivable and payable, and cash flow are all displayed, but unlike in some more feature-rich accounting software packages, the layout is straightforward and doesn't appear bloated.

Online Payments: Online transactions are a breeze in Zoho Books. You can choose the integration you want by clicking the gear button. Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, Payflow Pro, Payments Pro, 2Checkout, Braintree, Forte, Square, ACH Payments, and WePay are all on the list of possible payment processors.

Client Portal: Customers can do things like see and manage their transactions, get project estimates, leave reviews, engage with the company in real-time, and more in the client portal. It provides a channel for clients to communicate with your staff independently, saving you time and energy that would otherwise be spent on answering the routine questions.

Mobile Application Support: The Zoho Books software enables users to execute payments, monitor outstanding debts, promptly access valuable information, generate financial statements, and issue invoices. Additionally, you have the ability to incorporate widgets onto your home screen.

Zoho Books Pricing

Zoho Books, like other accounting software systems, provides many pricing levels. Nevertheless, it was among the limited options that provided a complimentary edition instead of solely a trial period. Zoho can be utilized by businesses with a revenue of less than $50,000 without incurring any expenses.

Plans:

Standard: Three people can subscribe to this plan for $15 per month. Up to 5,000 invoices can be handled, along with transaction reconciliation, invoice creation, mileage and expenditure tracking, project management, and timesheet administration.  

Professional: If you need more than five users, consider the $40/month Professional Professional: If you need more than five users, consider the $40/month Professional package. In addition to everything included in the Standard plan, you also gain access to features like sales order creation, purchase order management, and support for numerous currencies.  

Premium: This premium package is good for 10 users and costs $60 per month. With this subscription, you have access to a vendor portal, a custom domain, budgeting tools, and

integration with Zoho Sign and Twilio, in addition to everything included in the other two levels.  

Elite: The $120 monthly Elite package allows for 10 users. In addition to the features found in the Premium tier, Business Plus provides reports on cash flow projections, a more refined inventory management system, and live email, phone, and chat assistance.  

Ultimate: This package allows for 15 users and costs $240 per month. You'll have access to comprehensive analytics, as well as all the features of the Elite plan, plus 25 custom modules. Reports and dashboards can be viewed in real-time, critical financial parameters tracked, reports embedded on websites, and more.

Any plan can have an unlimited number of additional users added for an additional $2.50 per month per user.  

If you'd rather not print and deliver paper copies of your estimates or invoices to customers, you may buy snail mail credits from Zoho and let them handle it for you. Each credit for conventional mail costs $2.  

The monthly fee for 50 automatic scans is $8. Upload documents like invoices or receipts and have them scanned by this add-on to have their data used to generate new transactions.
